Alarm at low rpms

Have a 2008 Rinker 330 ec with twin 350 mag mpi seacore.
The alarm goes off at low rpms often but not always. Usually it happens when I am coming out of my slip or trying to dock. Happens in forward and reverse and puts the port engine into guardian mode.
Everything is fine at idle. Put it in gear with barely above idle rpms, start to move and a steady alarm sounds on my port engine and it goes into guardian mode. I start and stop engine and it comes back and alarm turns off. Sometimes I need to do this more than once as it may sound the alarm again.
I have Vesselview Mobile and checked water pressure which seems to be fine at about 2 psi in each engine at 650 rpms. Tried replacing water sensor on both engines with no change.
The alarm will sound but does not register any faults in Vesselview or engine. Had a technician hook up his laptop and he said everything looked good with no faults registering.
Has anyone had similar experiences?
