Replacing Windlass on a 2005 Rinker 342

Does any know how to remove the Windlass Motor on a 2005 342? Thanks Easybee

    Pop off the mirror by the aft bed.  It is in place with velcro.  This give you access to the rhode locker.  you can then reach up with a socket to unbolt the windlass.  If you are replacing it the Horizon 700 is a direct replacement.

    Back when I had my 342 and had to replace my windlass, I cut out a bigger hole behind the mirror. It gave me plenty of access and also allowed me to clean and reseal the rhode locker. 
    No longer a boat owner.....previous boat - 2005 Rinker Fiesta Vee 342
