Bomar front hatch on a 342

I’m having water come in on my Bomar front hatch.iIt seems to be coming in from the bottom of the pictures underneath the window. If I push up on the window it comes up. I tried to seal it but it doesn’t seem to work Can this be fixed or do I need to replace the hatch?

I would replace the acrylic. Any laser cutting shop can make a replacement. Use DOWSIL 795 to seal them. Do not cheap out and use anything else. The acrylic expands/contracts at a different rate than the aluminum frame and the DOWSIL allows for this.

I bumped a thread where with more details.

I pulled mine out and replaced it. It isn't that bad of a job. If you have any skills with a router you can get the right shape yourself.
