Windshield Walk-Through Out Of Alignment

It's a little hard to see from this photo, but my windshield walk-through is out of alignment and not in true with the starboard side.
It is tighter at the top and a larger gap at the bottom. It is also not even across the top. It was very noticeable over the summer in warmer weather where the top actually stuck a bit when closing.
Anyone else experience something similar - and your solution? Does it have to do with the support arms?
