Is your arch white or off white? If white, Rustoleum Universal is a perfect match. Sorry, pics came up out of order.

Thank you so much! That looks great! Are you using filler or bondo or anything?

    Thanks @cls10105
I used Bondo. Cleaned the corrosion and old filler where needed then Bondo. Once painted, I let it sit for a couple days then polished with polishing compound. As you can see, I didn’t tape off around the areas that needed paint. By doing this it allows the paint to feather into the old paint and blends them perfectly. No hard paint lines. The polishing compound gets it nice and smooth.

This was done in April of 2021 and still looks great. But now I have some new spots to do.

Wow that does look great!!! Probably saw it in 2021 and forgot :) But what a great, and affordable, DIY repair. Nice.

Does anyone have a matching color for the older off white arches?

Not sure if it's applicable to yours or not, but I found this to be a very close match to my model.

I am not sure I am confident on my abilities to do mine myself.

Give it a try, what’s the worst that can happen. You’ll end up having someone do it either way if you don’t like the outcome. It’s a very satisfying project and not difficult at all.⚓️

@aero3113 where you got down to bare aluminum did you do anything to prep it like alkaline primer or vinegar before bondo

@Pat310 No, just cleaned with alcohol.
I’ve had nothing but good luck with this paint. I used the satin finish version on a kitchen table and chairs that we still use daily in 2010 and it still looks great. I also painted the kitchen cabinets in the town house we used to own at the same time. I’m sure the owner that bought from us kept it, came out great. We were quoted $40k at the time to refinish the cabinets we couldn’t believe it, was such a tiny kitchen. I spent maybe $200 in paint 😂

Yeah, problem is finding someone to do it. Only boat guy up this way did good work but unreliable and eventually a felon. Closest is Kingston and having to leave there.

Maybe I’ll try a small spot.

If you do have someone do it, doesn’t have to be a boat guy. Auto paint guy could do it. Try it first

My 330 arch had a huge crack. I ground it down, filled, primed and painted it with the same paint as @aero3113 is recommending. Turned out great. Patience is key.
