310 fuel sender info

I was running the boat today and I had the low fuel alarm in the vessel view I know I have fuel in my tank, so I continue running to my slip. after some trouble shooting i may have a bad  fuel sender for the port engine, it is 2012 original sender. I am wondering if anyone knows the part number for the fuel sender used by Rinker in a 2012 model 310EC with the electronic vessel view unit. any info will be appreciate.

Oscar, pull the sender out and measure the length of the aluminum tube. Then email jen@isspro.com and she will get your new sender built.

Yes that’s correct @oscar1 - I just replaced mine a couple weeks ago.

This is a nifty little gadget I've been running my Toyota 4 runner for 2 plus years now as a daily driver.

The fuel sending unit in the fuel tank of a 1987 Toyota is absolutely not compatible with the ohms the 2005 Volkswagen Passat gauge cluster fuel gauge is looking for.

This little guy is programmable to make such items speak the same language.

So in the event a future reader has a boat in witch he can't find a compatible gauge/sending unit for his boat or vehicle,  this will make it work.

So now cheap universal adjustable fuel senders and cheaper fuel level gauges will work for many different applications.

YYZRC  Thank to your  information, I was able to order a new fuel sender for the boat. Cost today day is $300 dollars, because it has to be custom made for my tank, and for anyone there with a 2012 310 EC here are the info for the fuel sender.

Mine was 27” code 22021270. Perhaps the last 3 digits are length. I also paid $300.

I am happy, this company still in business and we can still get original fuel sender for our boat even Rinker is gone.
