1991 Rinker Captiva 206 - Hydraulics failed, Outboard on ground

Hi, my father bought this boat in 1991.  The family had a blast in it for 2 decades.
Then boat was put in to storage for (10) years.
I went to move it yesterday to have it examined by a Marine Mechanic, hydraulics on outboard 4.3 liter Mercruiser failed and the outboard is on the ground.  Local marine shops in Salt Lake City, Utah don't service 1991 boats.  Closest Rinker dealer is in OK or MO.
How do I get it off the ground?
I tried two different batteries and no juice at the trim button.
And yes, maybe rodents ate the wiring.
There is 'talk' online about a manual method to turn a screw and release the pressure from the hydraulics and then lift the outboard using an automotive jack or straps and a lot of muscle.
Thoughts?

If you just need it up to bring the boat to a mechanic, Pull the thru bolt at the end of the pistons. You can then pick up the drive and secure in the up position with rope or tie down straps. Make sure to secure the pistons also. Alpha one drives like yours are not that heavy

There are two solenoids on the trim pump. They look just like lawnmower solenoid.

One makes it go up, the other makes it go down.

You can jump the solenoids.  Obviously there's a chance of spark so do so with the hatches open for a bit to allow everything to air out well before attempting to jump.   Will be trial and error, 50% chance you guess the up solenoid first try.

This is assuming that rodents didn't eat the main pos and ground feed going to the pump bracket.

The up solenoid usually has blue wires to it, the down solenoid has green wires. Easy way to remember, up blue sky, down green grass.
