I was on Facebook and someone was saying they got scammed by Social Marine. I never heard of it. Figured I’d post here to make everyone aware.

Here's another scam targeting boaters:  a fake storefront selling parts by BEP Marine.  It looks legit, and advertises BEP parts at great prices.  When you try to buy something, it steals your payment information.  

Don't fall for it:  www.bepmarineshop.com

I don't know about you guys but if it's a store website I'm not familiar with I'll use PayPal, if I don't get my order I can easily file a complaint and get a refund. 

If they won't take PayPal it's probably not worth the risk unless others can vouch for them

Agree with picklerick if they don't take paypal I am out.

It's been hard to keep up with on the groups that I am the admin for. Other groups have been hit hard with scammers.
