I have the std rinker installed remote control light. When we first purchased, the light did not work, assumed it was the bulb. I replaced it, that was the problem and it worked fine.  Hardly ever used it but always exercised it at home or overnight. The bulb is again not working. I checked both fuses at the control and they look fine- I should be able to pull the fuse and probe that for power correct? I don't know that my multimeter can get that derp tovtest- i don't think anyway to test from the backside. I really thought there was a problem with that control head plus it looked like crap so I replaced it...also, before I replaced that, the up and down control was working but left to right was not- new control head did not fix anything. Looks better! So, assuming I have power at the control head for the light, how do I verify the bulb is bad- they are not cheap. The left to right, what am I looking for there?
