Cap on side of tank

Can anyone please tell me what the cap on the side of the tank in the photo is for?

    It looks like waste with the white pipe over the top coming from the head. This isn’t factory fit that I know of.

    I don’t think it’s a cap, I think it’s a welded in plug. It was probably a hole that wasn’t going to be used and they welded it in to seal it off.

    I would not like that on a waste tank? I had mine in a local shop for a coupler replacement...afterwards started smelling the smell..I swear someone there drilled a small hole in the tank..I sealed it with some JB Weld for plastics....also used that to rebuild the cable track in my sunroof, F 150..that's some good stuff!
