CE certificate for Rinker 242 Fiesta Vee

Good afternoon. 

My boat, built in 1999, is CE-certified; there is a plaque on the boat confirming the certification, but the actual document has been lost.

It is stated that the certificate should be included in the owner’s manual. In my case, it is also missing.

Could someone please send me a copy of the certificate?

I would also be very grateful if anyone knows where I can request a duplicate. 

I’ve read the forum and already contacted American Sports Boats, but they told me that only recertification is possible, which I won’t be able to do with 1999 engines :)
