08 320 Express Cruiser 110 outlets not working

I have it on shore power and shore power is plugged in.  The panel shows 110 volts, the microwave and stove work, but I can't get power to the outlets.  Is there a switch somewhere I am missing?  The boat is new to me so I am not familiar with everything.  I don't post for help until I have exhausted all other options.  Help!

You didn't mention it, so I'll offer that you check your GFCI(s), as you most certainly have at least one of them somewhere. There should only be one of them on each outlet circuit and it should be the first outlet on the circuit. Push the "TEST" button and then the "RESET" button and see if that helps. FWIW, the newer ones have LED lights on them that will annunciate their status: green for good, red for tripped. The GFCI on my boat is directly on the panel and is all black and no lights, so you can't tell at all that it is popped unless you reset it.

Agree, find the outlet with the GFI and hopefully that’s your issue. My friend had the same issue on his SR and I found an outlet hidden that had a GFI that needed to be reset, all was good after that.

Check the outlet in the head, it is usually a GFI. You may also have another one maybe the galley area

@Grahamu I was surprised to see that my head outlet isn’t a GFI, mine is in the galley .

@aero3113 the 2 outlets on your boat are on the same circuit and the galley one would be first in line from the breaker. If you have a second outlet breaker on the panel that circuit will have a GFI somewhere, normally in a damp area such as the cockpit.

@Grahamu , I do have another outlet up in the cockpit but it’s not a GFI and it’s on the same circuit as the GFI in the galley.

The GFI should be the first on the line switching itself and others downstream from it.

FWIW, these are pretty inexpensive and will save your aft end if you happened to accidentally wire a new outlet incorrectly because you were in a dimly lit area or whatever. Also, a safe way to test the GFCI.
