2014 290EX galley fridge issue

Went to start up my two crx1065 fridges in the boat the other day.  The cockpit fridge starts right up and shows a green light on the right inside the door.  The galley fridge does nothing, but the led light is on and the green light is lit.  It worked fine last year.  Figuring on checking the fuse and power connections at the rear of the fridge.  Went to remove the fridge..... There are 6 screws that seem to attach a "decorative" frame around the fridge.  Removed these and nothing budges.  Not sure if it is just stuck from gunk or what.  Don't want to start prying on something that isn't ready to come off/out.   BTW, I saw that just inside the fridge there are four plastic caps where mounting screws would normally go.  Pried those off and there are no screws..   If anyone has come across this, would be greatly appreciated.

    Does your fridge have the old style thermostat like this?

    Dometic Waeco fridge thermostat CR80CR110 - fhpfi - appliance spare parts

    If so, it's probably dead. Pretty common issue. Sometimes when they die the temp knob just spins freely.

    It does indeed!   Temp knob does seem to have grip.  I'll look into.  Thanks YYZRC.

    finally got around to installing the replacement thermostat!   all good now!
