Hot water heater and rear battery charger stopped working.
I started trouble shooting and it looks link the neutral is open. 115vac at breaker looks like it is a red wire that I believe leaves thru a connector on back of main panel I have wiring diagram but it doesn't show this connection. any one have any experience with this.
