2001 Fiesta Vee 340 canvas bar support screws question

I have four of these white plastic wing-type screws that hold the canvas support bars onto the radar arch.

As you can see, they are really discolored. Does anyone know where to get replacements, or is this an item that could be found at any hardware store?

I would assume that any marine supply would carry these or any canvas guy....

I am happy to report that after soaking these in a little Clorox Clean-Up, they are bright white and look like new again!
