So I need some help getting the bad smells out of my cabin. I know that one of the smells I battled was the smell from the A/C. I learned that I have to clean the filter and the coils. As far as the other smells that are in the cabin I can’t pinpoint where or what they are coming from. I’m reminded of these smells every time my wife goes downstairs. lol. I want to see where you guys can help me to try to eliminate some of the smells. I watched a YouTube video the other day about this problem which gave me a couple of ideas of how to get rid of the smell. In the video it talks about pulling everything out of the boat and cleaning it because a lot of that smell is sitting on everything in the cabin. I will definitely start pulling everything out before I wrap the boat for the winter. I do always keep damp bread hanging inside the cabin. I want to purchase a dehumidifier to see if that helps. any ideas or tricks would be very helpful so I don’t have to hear her complain anymore. Lol

I will say if it is just a general smell that isn't something that needs attention, you could use an ozone generator.  Just make sure to follow the directions, as you can't be in the area while in use.  I will also say that making sure all water is removed routinely from the bilges will help as well.

I had the same smell on my boat. I replace the cabin rug with a vinal floor. Smell is gone.

First, I would stop hanging damp bread in the cabin! 😂

Did you check for water in your mid bilge, under the rear bed? I had some water in there that was kinda smelly, used a shop vac to get it out and it smells much better in there.

I also leave the boat in dehumidification mode when I'm away, that seems to help also.

Sometimes the waste hoses can permeate leaving a less than fresh smell. Usually the section of line below full waste level. 

The correct fix is new high dollar waste lines, dont skimp on the hoses as cheap ones will allow the smell  to reappear quickly.   

Some, including myself, have had good luck wrapping the offending hoses with aluminum hvac tape to seal in the smell.   

Having a clogged waste tank filter/hose/vent can also introduce fun smells.

I would get into every area you can and spray with a bleach cleaner. Especially behind the cockpit fridge, around the AC unit, and as @grouch0jr mentioned, the mid bilge/shower sump areas.

Also agreed with @PickleRick - replacing the waste hose from the toilet to the Vacuflush completely fixed odors in the head in my boat.
