Bow Rail Manufacturer for Rinker?

Does anyone know who made the bow rails for Rinker? I'm assuming it wasn't in house.

Some of the GLS stuff is tagged "Conbraco" but that seems to be a dead end.

    I would think the same guys that do Bimini tops as they have the stuff to bend the tubing and such- the rest is just hardware right? Are you repairing or creating?
