I have a 2005 360 Rinker Fiesta Vee and looking to replace the windless solenoid.

I have a 2005 360 Rinker Fiesta Vee and looking to replace the windless solenoid. Mine is bad I believe, but have NOT Found it yet. It is defiantly not in front of Helm bulkhead. I have traced two wires all the way from windless so it has to be somewhere either behind subwoofer or behind ice maker it isn't in the engine compartment. Any Thoughts?
