Purchasing 2002 Rinker 270 Fiesta Vee

Hi. I live in Indiana near lake Michigan. I just put a deposit on a the boat mentioned. There is only 281 hours on the 5.7. She looks nice in the pictures and I hired a professional boat surveyor. I go for a sea trial next week with owner and surveyor. What issues or what do I need to look for? Are there any specific issues? I also live near where Rinker has their manufacturing facility.

Thanks, The survey showed the gear/throttle shift and bellows need repaired. The seller is to take care of it before I finalize purchase.
