adding a depth/fishfinder transducer to my current Standard Horizon unit?

I have a 2013 276CC with a Standard Horizon in-dash GPS. Can I just buy the transducer set up for this unit? Someone told me this head unit won't accept a transducer? Please help with the easiest way to add fish finding capabilities to either this unit or buying and mounting a small color unit and putting it somewhere on the dash....

I dont know for a fact, but IIRC I remember reading in the manual that there is an input for fishfinder.
Here's the manual: http://standardhorizon.com/downloadFile.cfm?FileID=7691&FileCatID=85&FileName=CP180%26CP300%5F16%2E60%2011%2D30%2D2012.pdf&FileContentType=application/pdf
I don't think the SH unit has fish finder capabilities. I beleive it is only a navigation unit (GPS).
I added another dedicated fish finder on my dash, using a RAM mount. It's better that way as you want the full screen on the sonar, and another full screen (your SH unit) on your trail, so you can mark where you see fish and circle back to them.
Here is a picture of my install, you will see the fishfinder on the right side of the helm, and the SH unit on the lower left:
