For the multitude of boats still in the water here this AM, I bet a few are rethinking staying in so late this year.

    Yikes!! That's not a happy thought..... :D

I really feel for you guys shutting down for the season so I figured a little levity would help. This is sort of what I had in mind.....

Like my vision of how we grow into our adult skill sets, maybe Al at an early age...

    And Drew....

Maybe even me according to my wife..

I know Boomer has even better ones.... :D

Those guys are gifted (probably from an early age) and we're lucky that they have such passion as team players on RBOC.....but that's startin' to get too serious so here's another one....Gotta love a professional photo bomb :D

And we know who wants this grill.....

@jtkz: 36F here this am and snow covered still.  I'm sure there are people panicking at the marinas, there are a lot of boats in the water still.  Wet, heavy snow is not good on the canvas and worse to be on deck with!  For the poor guys who have to haul out and power wash the bottoms..got to be a miserable day at work: cold, slippery and wet.  Hope someone tips them well.

you'd NEVER see me with that grill.... seriously.. it's hideous... I don't know any self respecting wrenches that are still using clutch fans when electric fans are so cheap and easy to install, and loosen up about 20# of torque and a couple ponies right off idle.. :-D

JT is that you ridin' that jet boat like a bull rider.... :)

OK Drew I did say random and it was just a random thought but you gotta love the Merc dining room table at the top eh? :D I put a little more thought into this these grills....A very serious contender, a very creative one and then....wth..... the big gun grill. Wow

I like your chef outfit in the 1st one......very professional. Hit the gas! :D

looks like somebody FINALLY found a good use for a HEMI engine in those grills.

All right when a Hemi just isn't fast enough and...for the less patient (and far less refined or intelligent) grill master here's the liquid oxygen starter version...

    image

    (the back story)

OK, it's not a grill that's interesting here: it's the way it's lighted. You're looking at George Goble of Purdue University lighting the 60 lbs of charcoal with 3 gallons of liquid oxygen:

Started with 60 lbs of charcoal, and burnt up 40 lbs of it in 3 seconds. Result is a grill ready to cook in about 3 seconds, and all the old grease, etc burned off. Don't try this at home.

Hmmm. What would Ron White say about that guy lighting a grill with LOX???  Made me grin....but I'd love to see the video too.... :D
