Size of the mid-cabin berth on a 2003 342?

I looking to sell my 3055 Bayliner and move to a 342.  The 3055 has a queen size mid-cabin berth which is nice since I'm 6' tall.  Can someone tell me what the size of the mid-cabin berth is in the 342?  Thanks!

2nd to RY. I used king size sheets, fit a bit loose. I've have friends stay over that are close to 6'-4" and do fine. You'll love a 342

Anyone know if there was a change in mid-cabin size '03 - '05?  I'll walk over and measure it....we use king sheets and a mattress pad so by the time we are done the Kings fit snug.

Typo above...meant '06.  Anyway, measurement on an '06 mid-cabin berth is 78" long by 55" wide (useable).  there is an extra 2 inches on 3 sides underneath the wraparound padding and the standard cushions are 3" deep.

I took the measurements tonight.....there are 2 inches on 3 sides that extend under the wraparound padding and therefore are not actually useable (would add 4 inches to length and 2 to width....the useable size is about 78x55...on width you can stretch it to 57/58 if you measure at the storage bin, but that is a 3ft area that is wider by a couple of inches.  Essentially a queen.

Happy to say that I sold my 3055 Bayliner and closed on a 2003 342.  With the holiday, it won't be here in Georgia until the first week in December, but I'm really looking forward to getting it out on the water (and so is my wife and 10 year-old son.)  Also look forward to being in the forum!

Steve you have a cousin (sort of) in Halifax, Canada (www.yachtworld.com). There is a Rinker 360 with diesels for sale. Unfortunately, it is the black sheep of your family because the diesels are ( swear word alert - volvos) so I guess it is confirmed you ARE special! :-) MT
