AC Fan

My AC/HEAT fan runs all the time on my 2002 342. I would like for it to run only when the compressor runs similar to household units. It has the Passport I/O electronic controller. I can set the fan speed to automatic, but it still runs all the time. I can adjust fan speeds as well. Any ideas?

As RY said, there is a setting that you can change.  Take a look in the manual for programmable parameters.  You usually access it by holding the power button on, then a P-1 will show up.  It is usually one of the last settings & state something like cycle fan with compressor.  Pretty simple change.

If you don't have the manual for the thermostat it can be found online. I had the same problem with mine and tried reprograming according to the manual with no luck. I live with the fan on....

Ok, when I press and hold the power button from the off mode like the manual says, I get a "U" and a 0 or 1 on the display. I can hold it all day and cannot get "P" to come up. I have the Legacy model. Any ideas?

I can't seem to get it to scroll off U. I can hold the power button all day. It doesn't change. If I press the button again, it changes to the software version, A23.

The manual I have does not refer to the "U" codes at all. Only "P."
