I have a Fisher Winter Storage Cover for a Rinker 342FV that was purchased new in 2006 and used for 4 seasons. Cover has been in storage since 2010 and was maintained by Fisher Canvas the whole time. No rips or tears. Has pocket for radar dome. When purchased new, cover was over $2000.
Make me an offer, there is still plenty of life left in this custom cover. Picture is of the cover on the boat.

Fisher tells customers they can expect 8-10 seasons from their covers. However, there are customers who have had their Fisher covers for 15-20 years. This cover was picked up every year at the start of the season and inspected, and stored at Fisher Canvas. There are no rips or tears. With simple care like put the cover away dry and keep it clean you can probably get at least another 10 seasons with this cover. It's cotton canvas, if it rips I will send you glue and a patch, or any canvas shop can repair it. The cover never has to be waterproofed, the duraffin wax in the material will last the life of the cover.

Well, I've had a Fischer cover on my 310 for 6 years and it was the best thing I ever did.  It was a nice tight fit with never any issues.  Remember the big snow falls a few years ago, that cover had no problems with it.  I would've bought one for my 400, but it was so heavy they were going to add a zipper to make it two pieces and the price was a bit crazy.  I went with a stamoid light material and been pretty happy, but it is not as snug fit as the Fischer was.

Once you buy a cover, you will always have one!  Nothing better than waxing your boat in the fall, & within an hour in the spring, you have a nice waxed boat ready to go!  If you buy one, I can tell you how to make the PVC frame for support.  A buddy of mine bought a used one from Riverside on here for his 342 and thinks it is great as well!

Someone is crazy if they don't take this deal!! I've told two of my 342 buddies, one always uses his cockpit cover, the other may be moving up. The third already has one and loves it! I'm trying to think of some other 342 owners in my marina.

The new Fisher Custom Storage Covers for the 1998-2006 Rinker 330/340/342 FV are about $2257, after my 10% off season discount and an extra 10% nice guy discount. This would be a 1-piece cover that would cover arch and anything on it, down to the waterline. This includes the transom zipper access. There would be no 2x4 support pockets, so you would build a frame out of PVC to support the cover upfront.

I sold the used one for $700.
