How to repaint radar arch

Paint on my arch is flaking due to aluminum corrosion, What's the best way to repaint?  Should I remove the arch?  How do I get a paint match?

    FYI... I had some of the ford paint mixed. It was mentioned on the previous rinker forum several years back... Wimbledon white I think was the name... anyway it was to dark. So the match did not work on my 2006 320 arch. The funny thing is I used some 3M5200 on the top part of my arch where I chipped the paint several years ago.... About the size of a dime. And the color matched! Still matches and looks just fine. I just used a putty knife to smooth it into the chip and solvent to clean up the smears over the painted area.

    Cheap water proof and no one knows.

    Had a paint shop take a picture of the colour on the arch and then mixed up a batch that matches perfect. It is an epoxy based paint by the way..
