Port Navigation Light removal on 2005 Fiesta Vee 270

My Port light does not work and I am trying to remove the cover so I can replace what I assume is a bulb in there that is probably the problem. There is a small phillips screw on the back which requires a small 90 degree screwdriver, so is it as simple as removing the screw or there is also two small slots on either side, is that an access to clips that pop it off? I would appreciatte some advice before I go monkeying around. Thanks
