1990 Fiesta Vee 250 Electrical

Getting ready for 2014 season and after installing batteries I initially had some electrical functions but nothing to frig, microwave or that cabin panel. After only a few minutes lost all electronics but both batteries are fully charged.  The breakers in the cabin are in "on" position and fuses behind control panel are all ok. Is there a mainline fuse or breaker somewhere???
