270 fiesta v birth table

Question- I have a 2005 fiesta 270 VEE- when you take the long post off the galley table to covert the v berth to a bed is there a smaller pole to place under table to support ? The table slides back and forth even with the small cured white insert. Seems like a smaller pole should support table. Question #2- how do turn on the light on the back of transom by swim platform? Thanks for the help

Q1 - if you can't find the pole make one up. Sounds like a good improvement project.

Q2 - there should be a switch at your helm. Mine is labelled TRNS light (transom).
