We ordered new tops from Ameritex (Taylormade) last spring and installed. We have been very happy with our enclosure, both look and function. While closing up the boat last weekend, we noticed a small tear just above one of the zippers on the rear camper top. I took a couple of pictures and sent them to my contact at Ameritex who sent them to quality control. They took it to their engineers and fabric experts who did not believe it to be a fabric or manufacturing defect. The tops were past the 12 month warranty period but they chose to make a new top for us and ship it at no cost. GREAT customer service!
