Dripping Cockpit Faucet

Trying to get up to the boat tomorrow and need to try and fix an annoying drip in the cockpit faucet. I am assuming I have to replace a gasket of some sort. Is this something I can source at the hardware store or will I need to hunt down the mfg? Its the original faucet.

I bet the internal washers are standard. Take them to a hardware/plumbing store.
