I still can't decide if that looks like a new torpedo design dropped by the Texan or a new aircraft deployment vessal from the Navy.
There's a Texan in a hanger in Sarasota.... actually at a house I grew up in. Owned by a great couple who also run the bi-plane concession in Marathon flying tourists around in an old 1940ish Waco everyday...... like us just last Feb.
The boat would beat this classic old canvas bird.

Does anyone know what kind and name the airplane is??????
Looks like WW2 vintage. That plane will always beat the boat.
