Water Pump not pumping

I just put my 312 Fiesta Vee in the water for the year, and when I boarded, all the water taps were on...I shut them and proceeded on my 75 minute trip to harbor...now, I filled my fresh water tank and I open my taps and I get nothing...do I need to do a prime or something...?

Try running the pump with the filter bowl loose or loosen the output connection and it will prime itself.
