1987 V195 USCG tag

Hello,

I recently purchased a used 1987 Rinker V195. I have been unable to locate the USCG tag and I am looking for help. I don't know what the persons/weight limit for the boat is. This tag will be needed if I am inspected/boarded while on the water. Any help would be appreciated.
