Capacity plate for a Festiva 202

Does anyone know that capacities for a 202 Festiva?  If not, how about a comparable sized boat? 21' in length and roughly 6' 8" wide?

I've E-mailed Rinker and they only go back 10 years, (1994 model year). They sent me to NOAA and they were no help except to ,"Contact the boat's manufacturer." LOL!!!

I just want to know how many people/gear weight I can have before becoming a danger.
