Favorite Cleaners / Wax

Last year was my first year owning my 2000 340 FV.  It was in need of some TLC.  I spent most of the time just figuring things out and taking care used boat issues.  This season I'm wanting to do a lot more cleaning and detailing.  I thought it might be a good thread to collect everyone's favorite cleaning products for us new guys.

My main concern right now is I'd like to find a good cleaner that does NOT leave walking surfaces slick?

I've been very happy with Bio Kleen for general cleaning the interior, haven't tried it on walking surfaces.

Metal chrome?

Polishing?

Waxing?
