342 Helm Seat Removal

Went to remove my helm seat and could not figure out how to remove it. Does anyone know how to remove this seat? I had the rest of my seats redone but the helm seat is a pain in the a$$......

    Thanks RY but it looks like I have to remove the cockpit fridge and crawl in to get to the port side nuts. Looks to be a real PITA...
