Bravo 3 prop mis-match

I purchased a 2000 fiesta vee 242 with a  5.7 EFI bravo 3. The boat came with a 20 pitch prop, and a 22 pitch prop on the outdrive. What reason would there be to have 2 different props on a bravo 3?
