Rinker 272 electrical switch panel

I have a 2000 Rinker 272 cuddy cabin. On the electrical panel near the stern entry way there are two small threaded screws protruding from the panel, one in the upper left corner and one in the upper right corner. They are currently capped with red plastic protective caps, as if they carry live voltage. But they read zero volts between them on a voltmeter. Pictures of other Rinker 272s show the same layout. Anyone know what they are for?

Do you have an electric engine hatch lift? If so you can hook up a battery or jump box to those posts and life the hatch even if the battery is dead.
X2 on the engine hatch lift.
