If fluid is coming back in your bowl, then it's the joker valve for an electric head. (duckbill is in the vacuflush) The joker valve is usually in the hose going to the waste tank right at the bottom of your toilet. Pretty easy change, but not sure why you would need one so early in a boat's life.
Agree with DI, the joker valve needs to be checked. I haven't done it myself, but hear it's a very easy fix.
I have a few bubbles coming back on my Jabsco Electric - but nothing concerning, if there's backflow though, that's a whole different (stinky) ballgame.
