Were is the fuse box and stern light on a 1996 Fiesta Vee 265 cruiser ?

Recently purchased a 1996 Fiesta vee and I cannot get the navigation lights to work. The switch on the dash DOES NOT LIGHT UP.  I concluded that the fuse is out put don't know were it is.  Also, I have a stern light pole but haven't seen an outlet for it to insert in the transon area.  Any help you can give me I appreciate it.
