Skeg guard

Anyone use them? My skeg on my bravo one is all busted up. Thinking of putting a skeg guard on to hide the damage and to prevent any more.

I know my father used one on his Bravo 3 after hitting a rock and breaking off a couple of inches. The one he used was stainless and screwless. It was a very tight fit over the skeg and used epoxy to secure it. I don't recall the brand, but he got it online for a little over $100. It works well on his 26ft cuddy with a 496ci big block.

I had them installed last year on my Bravo 3's.  Seem to work fine.

Hmm, screwless?! That would be ideal. I wouldn't like the idea of drilling holes. Thanks guys.

Yup, had it one of the bling bling stainless models on the bottom of my Bravo 1.  It's taken a few dings and come away unscathed.  I'd recommend it.
