U-Line Ice Maker

Does anyone know the model number of the U-Line ice maker on a 2002 342FV. The module has stopped working on mine and I would like to replace it.

    Yeah the numbers on mine are hard to read. I was hoping someone knew the model number. The ice machine works but the mold motor runs intermittently or sometimes not at all.

    WH95 in our 340. Mine died completely, ended up being a micro switch. Back to having cold drinks. Anyone add a water filter to the line?
