Water going thru gas caps.

I have a 2005 Rinker 320 FV, and keep getting water in the tanks. We have eliminated the possibility of water coming in with a fill up. It seems to run off of the mooring cover directly over the caps. I replaced the gaskets on the caps, and stuck a small piece of paper towel under the caps, wet the boat, and the towel was wet with water. There is a definite problem with the caps, and they let in quite a fair amount of water. Where do I go from here?

Did you replace the o-ring on the caps?  Not the gasket at the hull.  If the o-ring is new and the right diameter I bet the vent in the cap is bad or worse case the fitting is cracked. I'd start with new caps.

Hi,  did you ever get this figured out?   I have a 2007 320 EC and am having the exact same problem.   I call Rinker and they are no help.  My dealer replaces the gasket and still problems.  Getting tired of replacing fuel pumps.

I went through this exact same problem last year. I was told it could have been water in the fuel, condensation in the aluminum tanks and  half a dozen other things.   Turned out o-rings on my filler cap had dry rotted and fallen off long before I took possession of my boat. 
Put new o-rings on and now all is good. I think the o-rings were $5 each

Same problem on my 2006 320 EC, I replaced the the O rings and my problem was fixed also. I now make a habit of replacing them every season.

I just took my gas cap to the auto parts store, bought 2 o rings that fits tight around the threads, couple buck's,  problem solved, check them every time I get fuel.
