Slip Electric Bill

Hey Guys,

Another question. My electric bill at the slip had never been more than $10 a month. Last month it was $30 and this month it is $51. The marina is checking the meter but I was wondering if my battery charger might be the suspect. My house batteries need to be replaced after 5 years but I was going to wait until the Spring. Could my batteries/battery charger be my problem?

Thanks.

Jerry, when looking at your batteries consider series 31 Dual-Purposse AGMs - and - if you do a lot of anchoring with high loads the new Thin Plate Pure Lead AGM batteries are mosnters for super high cranking (1370MCA) crazy discharge rates 450 cycles discharged by 80% and 105 AH and 220+ Res. Min. Not cheap but for 5 years of crazy power really worth it. When my present AGMs go these (or a newer vesrion) will be the ones.  IMO. MT
