I assume LE stands for limited edition? Probably just a bunch of nice features. I can't see them changing the moulds to shape a new boat.

If you look at the features the LE has a lot less than the standard 310. My guess is that the LE is less $$$$$$$$$

LE = Less Expensive.  Odd marketing like trucks do.  LE vs LX and LXR.  Trim jobs at best.

Fact of the matter is the LE has less standard options so it must be less expensive. Remember you get what you pay for.

I got the 2015 book and the 310LE does have less on it. I would have to say that the LE stands for "Less Expensive". A spotlight isn't even an option on the boat. To me, it looked really stripped down. To make it worth it, the boat would have to cost a lot less to even consider it.

I have a 50th anniversary sticker on my boat, would not think I got any more on it but it is loaded with about every option a 270 offers I think except for the bigger motor...they may have offered it at a special, who knows....something else to know off!
