Engine Beep Codes

I have a 2007 280ec with a 5.7 350 mag. Just had manifolds and rises replaced due to an overheat - now all good. However, coming back from the workshop, I now have not only the "ignition" beep system check, but as I turn the key to start the engine, I have now have another single beep. There are no others beeps, double beeps or continuous sirens after start and all gauges look good. Any advice is very much welcomed.

Thanks LD, unfortunately my "beep on engine start" after the "beep for system check" is not in the code book. Any further help would be great.
