New Rinker 272 Captiva Questions

I just purchased a 2002 Rinker 272 open bow. The boat currently has 2 problems. One the rear seat backrest isn't attached properly. The rear seat back rest looks like someone tried to remove and couldn't figure out how. Neither can I....
Does anyone know how to remove the rear seat backrest?
Also, During my test drive the boat popped the 30 amp breaker in the electrical panel. The alternator quit charging until the breaker was reset. Everything else was functioning fine with the breaker tripped. Does anyone have any ideas on this? Where can I get an electrical schematic?
