Matching Gel Coat Colors

We have a 2001 Rinker Captiva 212 with a small amount of damage to the gel coat. iboats.com offers Rinker gel coat in white and bone. I have searched the internet and still can not seem to find a solid answer.

How can I find out if my boat has a bone or white gel coat?

The boat is sand white. Spectrum color part # is 4016.

Spectrum color is a great place to buy from!  I used their stuff a few years back on my 310 and I felt like an expert!  It looked amazing if you follow directions!

Ok folks looking for some advise. I have a 2004 Rinker 342 which I was thinking it to was Sand White, Iboat Part # F504016Q but when I ordered from Iboats it doesnt even come close to matching. It is a lot more gray blueish tint that my boat.The spectrum from Iboat was for a 2000-2005 Rinkers. Any advise? Am I missing something? I have ordered the pewter through same process last year and it was a perfect match...

mindee...I need photo's of your engine in the boat. Mine has been out of the boat for 3 years and we have no pix of it IN the boat.

I checked the spectrum color website, and for my 1999 Captive 232, it lists bone, and sand white. Do I need to cross reference my hull ID to find out which gel I need? If so, any suggestions on how I can accomplishes that?

I have some touch up to do this winter and contacted Rinker with my hull id to ask them.  So for a 2003 342 i was told Sand White – # 4016 Topside Part # F504016Q  and the dash console which is a Beige color is Spectrum Pewter F504039G
