Wood Cabin Stairs

I own a 2005 320 and the stairs to the cabin were carpeted. I did have sunbrella covers made but me being me I was always cleaning them. I decided to order the wood stairs from Rinker. They are stained with the rubber tread. Do they get a seal of some sort which I do not want to make slippery or does the stain seal enough that I can just wipe them off? They look so good now-I would like to keep them that way.

I would say the rubber tread will keep them from being slippery no matter what you put on the wood.  I have the same ones, with rubber tread.  A 390 on my dock has mine without the tread and they are slick (they are planning on adding the tread). I'd say stain and put some kind of laquer (or whatever is best for flooring).
