Bimini and frame for 2006 262 Rinker Captiva SE

I'm in need of a bimini and frame for a 2006 262 Rinker Captiva SE (no arch). The hardware is there, but the bimini and canvas are missing. In my research I've come across the # 103123008 for the bimini top canvas in black and # 103125999 for the bimini frame. I was quoted $1181 for these two items. Does anyone know if this reasonable? Or, could I find a bimini and frame that works on my boat for less?
